Terms of Service for Redig

Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Redig ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Redig is a fitness tracking application that allows you to:

• Log workouts, exercises, sets, reps, and weights
• Track training progress over time
• View analytics and insights about your training
• Sync data across your Apple devices via iCloud
• Access premium features through subscription or one-time purchase

User Accounts

No Account Required

Redig does not require you to create an account. Your data is stored locally on your device and optionally synced via your personal iCloud account.

iCloud Sync

If you enable iCloud sync, your data is stored in your personal iCloud account and governed by Apple's Terms of Service.

Premium Subscriptions and Purchases

Subscription Options

• Premium Monthly: $4.99 per month
• Premium Yearly: $39.99 per year (best value)
• Lifetime Premium: $149.99 one-time purchase

Payment

• All payments are processed through Apple's App Store
• By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the applicable fees
• Prices may vary by region and are subject to change

Auto-Renewal

• Monthly and yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Your Apple ID account will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• The renewal charge will be at the same price as the original subscription

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
• For refund requests, contact Apple Support directly

Free Trial

• If a free trial is offered, it will convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled
• Free trials are available once per Apple ID

Lifetime Purchase

• The Lifetime Premium option is a one-time, non-consumable purchase
• Lifetime Premium does not expire and includes all current premium features
• Future features may or may not be included at our discretion

Free Tier Limitations

The free version of Redig includes:

• Full workout tracking functionality
• Analytics for the last 30 days of data
• All basic features

Premium unlocks:

• Full workout history (all time)
• AI Coach features
• Smart recommendations and insights
• Recovery analytics

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use automated systems to access the App
• Resell or redistribute the App or any part thereof

Intellectual Property

Our Rights

Redig, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Modum Ventures and protected by intellectual property laws. All rights reserved.

Your Rights

You retain ownership of your workout data. We claim no intellectual property rights over the content you create.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

• MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• ACCURACY OF DATA

Health Disclaimer

Redig is a workout tracking tool, not medical advice. We do not provide:

• Medical diagnoses
• Treatment recommendations
• Professional fitness advice

Always consult qualified healthcare providers before starting any exercise program. We are not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may result from exercise.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS (maintain your own backups via iCloud)

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Redig and its developer from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Significant changes will be communicated through App Store update notes.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms
• Is harmful to other users or the App
• Is fraudulent or illegal

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.

Apple App Store Terms

Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service. In case of conflict between these Terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms shall prevail for matters related to the App Store.

Apple as Third-Party Beneficiary

Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

App Store Compliance

This App complies with the App Store Review Guidelines.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Redig regarding the App.
